PFA Check Writing/Reimbursement Policy

Thank you for your support of Bay Laurel Elementary School.  

Please make ALL checks out to Bay Laurel PFA. Please write your child’s name, grade, and event/item for which you are writing the check in the memo line. 

There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks or checks requiring a Stop Payment. Please keep this in mind when writing checks to the Bay Laurel PFA.  

In the event of a returned check, the PFA will contact you via mail, email, or telephone. Please remit payment within 5 days of notification. Failure to remit payment will result in your child’s loss of participation in the event, enrichment, or item. Any unpaid balances may result in the loss of your child’s yearbook in June.
