ParentSquare is a communication and engagement platform designed for schools, districts, and educators to connect efficiently with parents and guardians. Parents can receive notifications via email, text, or app, ensuring they stay informed about student activities, school events, and important updates.

HOW TO CREATE A PARENTSQUARE ACCOUNT?

​Here's what you need to do: 

1. Go to this website: https://www.parentsquare.com/signin
2. On the main page, it will ask you to either "Sign In" or "Sign Up/Create Password". *NOTE: You MUST use the email address or cell phone # provided in Aeries or it will not be able to verify your account!
3. Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
4. Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process:
   1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
   2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences (you must OPT OUT if you don't want your information shared).
   3. Complete your Donation for the Annual Fund Drive (AFD) in our Online Store 

Once the primary account is set up, the primary user can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the secondary user to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.

2. On the right-hand corner, you will see your name
3. Click on your name and then click on "My Account"
4. Make sure your email and phone number is "Visible"
