THE GRATITUDE DAY-TREAT
Date: Friday, October 6 Time: 10AM (Please plan to arrive at 9:50AM) Location: 24119 Park Granada Calabasas 91302 Attendees: All Bay Laurel Moms Number of attendees: 20 Cost for ticket: $100 Graciously hosted by: Jennie Antonakis, Victoria Reyman, and Niamh Sproul If you've been feeling like you need a re-set, this is the place for you! Join us for a wellness centered day where the focus is honing in on and letting go of whatever could be causing you stress or not serving you in a positive way, while creating space for the things that do. Our day- treat will start with light yoga & meditation, followed by breathwork and a sound bath. After a short break, we'll continue the day with a Gratitude & Intention setting workshop and finish with a refreshing lunch. The purpose of the day is to create a space for you to come with an open mind, and leave feeling rejuvenated, while also getting to spend time with and meet other BL families! Important Details: You are required to bring your own Yoga Mat The Workshop will include a partner share Journals & Pens will be provided Food & Drink will be provided Prepare to bring an open mind! |
2nd GRADE FALL FESTIVAL
Date: Friday, October 13 Time: 3:00-5:00 PM Location: 24965 Paseo Del Rancho, Calabasas Attendees: 2nd Grade Families Number of attendees: 100 Cost for ticket: $35/ticket (Each ticket admits one. Please purchase separate ticket for each adult/sibling attending) Graciously hosted by: Casey Napolitano, Alexxa Corben, Traci Schwarz Please join us for Bay Laurel's favorite fall festival hosted by the second grade including a pumpkin patch, arts & crafts, games, kids crafts, photo opps and family fun! 2nd Grade families are welcome, but each person in attendance will need their own ticket. Adult supervision required. |
1st GRADE MOMS WINE & CHEESE NIGHT!
Date: Thursday, October 19 Time: 7:30PM Location: Private Residence in Calabasas (Address will be sent before event) Calabasas 91302 Attendees: 1st Grade Moms Number of Attendees: 50 Cost for ticket: $35 Graciously hosted by: Ashley Dadon, Michelle Gharabegian, Stephanie Golditch, Jordyn Siegel, Jessica Sperling, Gina Warsavsky, Rachel Weitzbuch Please join your fellow 1st grade moms for a fun moms night in! After the long summer, lets reconnect with old and new friends while enjoying wine, cheese and lots of other delicious bites. |
The Bay Laurel Party Book brings our community together to raise money while having fun and creating memories! Parents host a variety of gatherings from family friendly, kids only to adults only! The hosts cover the cost of the party while 100% of the ticket proceeds go directly back to support Bay Laurel. All parties can be separated by grade, age or however the hosts feel is appropriate. (Multiple hosts per party are expected and welcome!)
Bay Laurel Elementary PFA sells tickets to the event and 100% of the proceeds from the ticket sales go directly to the school.
Hosted parties are all about meeting other parents and families, raising funds for Bay Laurel, and, above all else, having FUN!

Who can host a party? ANY Bay Laurel parent or group of parents!
Is there a specific time frame during which hosted parties should be scheduled?
Parties can be anytime! Work with our chairs to make sure parties are calendered correctly!
I would like to host a party, but it feels like a big commitment of time/money – can I get some help?
Absolutely! You can recruit other parents to serve as co-hosts or just let us know and we will try to help out finding co-hosts!
How do I attend one of these amazing parties?
You can sign up for parties as they become available through our PFA website. Parties will be listed BELOW!
We will also announce the addition of any new parties in the PFA's Sunday email newsletter.
Are the parties for parents or kids?
Parties can be parents only, kid-centric, or fun for the whole family!
EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUS YEARS' PARTIES
KIDS/FAMILY: sports w/Coach Dante, grade-level movie day, challah bake, pizza making, movie day, painting party, holiday themed party, snow day, Lego building challenge, bowling.
ADULTS: cooking class w/private chef, ladies who lunch, Mah Jong lesson, wine tasting, progressive dinner, escape room,
guys' poker night, comedy night, whiskey tasting, karaoke, salsa dancing, tacos and tequila, game night, bunco night etc.
PARENT & CHILD: Bowling Bash, Kickball Tournament, Almost Sleepover, Movie Screening, Backyard BBQ
