The Dolphin Dash is one of Bay Laurel's largest fundraisers, where families, friends, and neighbors pledge money to support our students as they jog or walk in this year's fun run, which takes place during the regular school day on Thursday, 4/7/2022. Donations collected from this event will be used directly in the areas listed below:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The student pledge packs will be sent home on Tuesday, 3/29/2022, following our Dolphin Dash kick-off assembly on Monday. Set up your family's/student's account at MyApexEvent.com and enter the access code listed on your child's pledge pack. Once you're set up, it's easy to send requests to family and friends, both near and far! All it takes is a few clicks!
I DON'T HAVE THE ACCESS CODE. NOW WHAT?
Click here to send some info to APEX (i.e., Student Name, Grade + Teacher), and they'll be able to help you. Additionally, every teacher (or "coach") has a list of access codes at school, let your students know they can reach out to their coaches as well.
WHAT TIME WILL MY CHILD'S CLASS BE PARTICIPATING?
The Dolphin Dash schedule of events for Thursday, 4/7/2022 is listed below:
-- 8:30-9:30 AM: TK, Kindergarten + 3rd Grade
-- 9:30-10:30 AM: 4th + 5th Grades
--10:30-11:30 AM: 1st + 2nd Grades
HOW CAN I HELP?
We will need a limited amount of parent volunteers to help out during the 2 weeks leading up to our event AND on event day (Thursday, 4/7/2022). For event day volunteering, please only sign up for a time slot where *YOUR* child is participating (all time slots are listed by grade, above)! We could use parent help with pledge prizes, lap marking, and the hydration station! Look for the signup sheet in ParentSquare if you're available to help!
